Szara King

Producer

Szara King is originally from Surrey and trained in Musical Theatre at Laine Theatre Arts. She went on to work in production shows and musicals, as both a singer and a dancer. She has sung in Hotels, Theatres and on Cruise Ships all over the world and worked with many well-known faces over the years including artists such as Stan Boardman, Jimmy Cricket, Johnnie Casson, Mick Miller, Jethro, Max Boyce, Bobby Davro, Jim Bowen and Sir Norman Wisdom. Szara had the honour of being the recipient of ‘The Jersey Variety Club Award’ for ‘Premier Act’, which, in turn, led to a prestigious season as resident vocalist at ‘The Talk of London’, Drury Lane and a summer season on Central Pier, Blackpool in 'The Frank Carson Show'. Szara now performs as a Headline Cabaret for many major Cruise Lines including Cunard, P&O, Saga, Fred Olsen, Majestic Cruises, My Travel Cruises and Classic International Cruises.

She is delighted to be sharing her love of traditional Variety with more and more people as the Happy Days cast take the shows to new audiences and is looking forward to working with such a talented, professional cast.

Carrie Audit

Classical Crossover

Carrie Audit is our beautiful classical crossover singer with the voice of an angel. Carrie originally trained as an actor at Coventry University before deciding to pursue her love of singing. At the age of 21 she went on to train in Musical Theatre at the Bristol Academy of Performing Arts. Since graduating, Carrie has worked in many and varied UK theatre tours, including 50s and 60s shows and Christmas memories shows. She has also been the resident singer in holiday parks around Europe, and, her favourite, taken to the high seas and travelled the world with Thomson Cruises and Sky Sea cruises as a member of their show teams. Carrie is also part of 'Bel Canto' , a classical crossover group, performing Operatic Arias, Musical Theatre and Ballads with a twist! Having entertained audiences all around the world, in an array of musical genres, Carrie is a perfect choice to join our cast and is especially looking forward to leading us all in the 'Last Night of The Proms' Finale.

Darren Lake

Vocalist/Actor

Darren started his acting career in West Side Story in 1990 playing the role of Baby John and has played many leading roles for Theatre Royal, Plymouth, in shows as diverse as Maggie May, Tales from the Vienna Woods, The Hired Man, The Grapes Of Wrath, Oh! What A Lovely War, Union Street, Animal Farm and Spring Awakening, and also playing the lead roles in Sweeney Todd, Bye Bye Birdie and Cyrano De Bergerac.

 

He played The Ghost of Christmas Present and Mr Fezziwig in a national tour of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol in 2015/16, Mr Bumble in Oliver!, played Freddie Trumper in Chess in 2017 and King Arthur in Spamalot in 2018. He also appeared in pantomime in Stockport in 2017/18 and Middlesbrough in 2018/19.

 

He has completed three summer seasons at the Babbacombe Theatre, Devon as one of the principal vocalists in Legends Of The West End (2017), West End At The Movies (2018) and Starburst (2019).

 

Darren was awarded the Individual Performance Award at the Barclays Awards at the National Theatre on London’s South Bank. He has taken part in many charity performances including Heart and Music and Over The Rainbow and has presented several charity galas, working with performers such as Brian Conley and Danny La Rue and was the MC for the Orange Festival on the Hoe for the Queen’s Golden Jubilee.

Craig Northway

Vocalist

CRAIG NORTHWAY is no stranger to the world of entertainment, having started at the age of 18. Graduating with a BAHons degree in Music from Plymouth university in 2008, he has enjoyed many different aspects of the entertainment industry. Up until March 2020, Craig was Managing Artistic Director for Wonder Productions, a theatre company specialising in Pantomime that toured the UK throughout winter, performing to a whole range of theatres and venues. He has also produced numerous summer shows such as ‘Puttin’ on the Ritz’, ‘That’s Entertainment’, ‘Lest we forget’ and ‘Christmas at The Ritz’. As a performer, he toured with Wonder Productions for many years before he took the reins of the company, and always preferred to play the role of Dame. As well as Pantomime, Craig has also enjoyed performing internationally, with James & Murphy Productions in the Middle east, including Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, singing at prestigious events such as the Bahrain Grand Prix. Craigs Theatre credits include ‘Richard’ in ‘Black Coffee’, ‘Jeremy’ in ‘Spiders Web’, ‘Jan’ in ‘Unexpected Guest’ and ‘Edward’ in ‘The Hollow’. Craig is thrilled to be joining Happy Days Productions.

Rachel Brewer

Dancer

Rachel is a dancer with extensive experience in a range of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, commercial, latin, ballroom, salsa and aerial arts (hoop, silks & pole).

She studied full-time for 3 years to achieve her dance performance and teaching diploma, whilst gaining registered teacher status with the Royal Academy of Dance and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She is also a former member of the English Youth Ballet.

Rachel has worked as a professional dancer at theatres, holiday parks, casinos and corporate events across the UK.

As a teacher, she has successfully prepared students for dance exams and dance school auditions. She has also been a finalist and winner at regional/national aerial arts competitions.

Eve Wojciechowski

Vocalist

Eve Wojciechowski started singing at a young age, she trained at local Performing Arts schools in Devon and began as a regular performer at Palace Theatre in Paignton and then as a recurring cast member at Babbacombe Theatre, Torquay, performing in shows such as 'The Time Of Your Life' and 'Alive With Laughter'. Eve has enjoyed experiencing varied work over the years including voice over work on a popular children's series called Ten Town. Vocally she has worked as a soprano soloist in a Gospel choir and as a vocal entertainer at various prestigious holiday centres all over the country. Most recently she has had the pleasure of working with some very talented musicians whilst performing and writing the lyrics to many of her own songs. Eve is extremely excited to be part of the Happy Days team.

Allan Roberts

Comedian/Vocalist

ALLAN ROBERTS is a versatile and well established comedy entertainer, all the way from Newcastle. He has a wealth of experience in theatre, clubland, holiday parks, and Hotels all over the world. He has also spent many years cruising as a Headline Cabaret for Thomson Cruises and CMV Cruises. With his rare combination of side splitting comedy and an excellent vocal talent, Allan has been the perfect choice for many production shows and summer season shows over the years, including 'Alive with Laughter' and 'A Christmas Cracker' at the Babbacombe Theatre, Torquay. Allan is looking forward to joining the talented cast and bringing you his humour, so we can all have a good laugh together!

Katie Bottoms

Vocalist/Actor

Katie has a BAHons. Degree in Drama graduating from University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 2010. Since then she has been lucky enough to have a full and varied career in the industry. Katie has travelled the world as a cabaret singer and entertainment Manager for Thomson Holidays as well as performing and working at several UK holiday and theme parks. Katie is now based in the UK and is enjoying growing her film and TV career, appearing in shows such as Doc Martin and Poldark. Her latest TV credits include the NHS 111 and Let’s Do London advertising campaigns.

Katie is also a partner in her own theatre company, Ratchet Theatre and has toured the South West and the West End with her one woman show, as well as taking shows to the Brighton, Camden and Exeter Fringe Festivals.

Pantomimes and children’s theatre are particular favourites of hers with several years of fun under her belt. Katie currently works with Hot Rock Productions as a performer, director and choreographer for their Christmas tour and summer productions.

Katie is over the moon to be joining Happy Days Productions on this wonderful , all singing, all dancing production.

Faye Butler

Choreographer/Dancer

Faye started in the entertainment industry at the age of 18, working on Holiday Parks. Her passion for shows quickly shone through and she progressed to Head Dancer and then shortly after to Entertainment Manager. Over the past few years, Faye has been a professional performer in many different touring acts and production shows, performing at Holiday Parks, Corporate events, Festivals and resorts all over the UK and Europe. As well as being an accomplished dancer, Faye also sings, playing Jesy in a Little Mix tribute show, Little Chix and Ginger Spice in the award winning tribute Spice Forever. Faye gained her dance teacher qualifications at the age of 17 with the Imperial Society of Dance and has always had a passion for choreography and training others. She has been on the creative side of many successful shows by producing and choreographing a wide variety of touring live acts and in house productions for venues. Faye is also an entertainment consultant and rehearsal director for Holiday Parks, training and managing entertainers to the highest standards. She loves being part of the Happy Days Productions cast and seeing the joy that the shows bring to so many people.
